The Fine Print, In Plain English
Terms of Service
These terms of service cover using this website: what you can expect from the pages you read here, what we ask of you when you send us something, and where the actual client agreements live.
Same approach as our privacy policy. Written the way we talk to clients, straight, without the legal fog.

Who These Terms Cover
Another Monday LLC is a marketing agency based at 724 51st St, Baltimore, MD 21224. We run the website at anothermonday.online and every page under it. When this page says "we," "us," or "our," it means Another Monday LLC, and "you" means anyone reading the site or sending us something through it.
Using the site means these terms apply to you. If you don't agree with them, the plain answer is that you shouldn't use the site. Nothing here takes away a right you have under Maryland or federal law.
These are the terms for the WEBSITE. If you hire us, a separate signed agreement covers that work, and it wins over anything on this page.
Client Work Lives in a Separate Agreement
This page does not set the terms of any paid engagement. What we're building, what it costs, when it gets paid for, how hosting and licensing work, and how either side can end the relationship are handled in the agreement you sign before work starts.
That matters most on the question of who owns what. Our model is a license, not work-for-hire, and the specifics depend on what we build for you. Read the signed agreement for your answer, and ask us before you sign if any part of it isn't clear.
Website terms here. Client terms in the contract you signed.
What We Ask of You
Short list, and none of it is unusual. When you use this website, please don't:
- Send us anything through a form that you don't have the right to share
- Use the forms or the phone number to send spam, or to sell us something we didn't ask about
- Try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
- Scrape or copy the site's content to republish it as your own
- Use anything here to do something illegal
If someone does one of those things, we may block them from the site. That's the whole enforcement policy.
Forms and Messages
When you send us a message through a form, you're asking us to reply, and you're confirming the contact details you gave are yours to give. What we do with that information is spelled out in the privacy policy.
We aim to reply to real inquiries, usually within one business day. Sending a message doesn't create a client relationship or oblige either of us to anything until there's a signed agreement.
The Content on This Site
Everything published here, the writing and the design and the code behind it, belongs to Another Monday or to whoever licensed it to us. Client logos and brand names belong to those businesses, and they appear here because we've worked with them.
You're welcome to read it, share a link to it, or quote a bit of it with credit and a link back. Republishing whole pages as your own is the line.
Guides, Numbers, and Advice
Everything we publish in The Marketing Department is written from real work, and it's general information rather than advice for your specific business. What actually happens depends on your market and your budget and a dozen things we can't see from here.
Any figure we publish comes from real reporting on real accounts, and we label whose results they are. None of them is a promise of what your business will do.
Affiliate Links
A few pages link to tools we actually use, and some of those are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up. It never changes your price. We only link to tools we run our own business on, and we say so on the page where it happens, like our review of the CRM we run on.
We publish what we've actually run. Your results are still your results.
Links, Changes, and Getting in Touch
Links to Other Sites
We link out to client sites and to the tools and sources we reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them. Their terms apply once you're there.
The Site Itself
We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we can't promise it will never be down or never contain a mistake. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as-is, and Another Monday isn't liable for a loss that comes from using it or from being unable to reach it.
Changes to These Terms
We'll update this page when something changes, and the date at the top will tell you when that last happened. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law rules.
