The Fine Print, In Plain English
Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what Another Monday collects when you visit our website or reach out to us, why we collect it, the tools we use to run the business, and how you can see, change, or delete your information. We wrote it the way we talk to clients: straight, without the legal fog.

Who We Are
Another Monday LLC is a marketing agency based at 724 51st St, Baltimore, MD 21224. We run the website at anothermonday.online and the pages under it. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Another Monday LLC. When it says "you," it means anyone who visits the site, fills out a form, or gets in touch. We serve business owners across Baltimore, Washington, DC, and the rest of the United States, so this policy is written to cover all of them.
The short version: we collect the information you hand us on a form, plus the standard analytics data a website records, and we use it to answer you, run the site, and improve our marketing services. We don't sell your personal information. The rest of this page spells out the details, because a real privacy policy should say what it actually does rather than hide behind boilerplate.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the tools and people we need to answer you and keep the site running.
What Information We Collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you give us on purpose, and what your browser reports automatically when any site loads.
Information You Give Us
When you book a call, send a message, or fill out a form on the site, you choose what to share. That usually includes:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business name and website, if you tell us
- Anything you type into a message field about your business or what you need
You don't have to give us any of this. It's the price of us being able to write back with something useful, so the more context you share, the better our reply. If you would rather not use a form, you can always email us instead.
Information Collected Automatically
Like nearly every website, ours records some technical data on its own when a page loads. This is "usage data," and it doesn't identify you by name. It can include:
- Your device's IP address
- Your browser type and version
- The pages you visit on our site and how long you stay
- The date and time of your visit
- The general type of device you're on, such as a phone or a laptop
- The site or search that sent you to us, if any
We use this to understand which pages help people and which ones need work. It's aggregate and practical, not surveillance.
You decide what to share. We only ask for what helps us help you.
The Tools We Use to Run the Site
We would rather name the tools than hide behind the phrase "third-party service providers." These are the outside services that touch your information, what each one does, and why it's here. Each runs under its own privacy policy, which you can read on its website.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to measure how people find and move through the site. GA4 counts visits, pages, and form submissions so we can tell what is working. GTM is the container that loads those measurement tags. Google processes this data on our behalf, and it may set cookies to do it. If you would rather not be measured, you can opt out with the browser controls described further down, or install Google's own analytics opt-out add-on.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is actually used: which sections people read, where they stop scrolling, and where a page confuses them. Clarity does this with heatmaps and anonymized session replays. It masks what you type into any form field before anything leaves your browser, so your entries are never part of a replay. Unless you have consented to analytics cookies, Clarity runs in a cookieless mode and cannot recognize you across visits. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy terms, and you can read more at Microsoft's Clarity privacy documentation.
Meta Pixel
Our tag container can load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us measure whether people who find us through Meta platforms actually reach the site. Meta may set cookies and process that data under its own privacy policy. You can limit this through the cookie controls described further down or through your Meta ad preferences.
HoneyBook
Our booking calendar and contact forms run through HoneyBook, the client platform we also write about on our page covering HoneyBook scheduling and forms. When you book a strategy session or send a form, the details you enter are stored in HoneyBook so we can schedule the call, keep our notes in one place, and follow up. HoneyBook holds that information under its own privacy terms.
Payments and Billing
We collect payments from clients through HoneyBook. Card and bank details are entered into HoneyBook and handled by HoneyBook and its payment processor under their own terms. This website does not take payments. There is no checkout on it, and no page here asks you for a card number. What we see on our side is the billing record: who paid, how much, and when, which is what we need to invoice you and keep the books straight. We do not hold your full card or bank numbers, and we do not sell or share billing information with anyone.
Resend
When a form triggers an email, whether it's a confirmation to you or a notification to us, that email is delivered through Resend. Resend handles the mechanics of sending the message. It sees the email address and the contents of the note so it can deliver it, and nothing more.
Notion and Google Workspace
Once you become a client or send us a detailed inquiry, we organize the working notes inside Notion, and we handle email and file storage through Google Workspace. These are the internal tools where client work lives. We only keep what we need to do the job we were hired for.
Netlify Hosting
The site itself is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify's servers process the technical request data (such as your IP address) needed to actually serve the page to your browser.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files a website places on your device to remember things between pages and visits. Ours uses a small number of them, and you're in control of all of them.
- Necessary cookies keep the basic site working, such as remembering that a page has loaded correctly. Without these, some features wouldn't function.
- Analytics cookies come from Google Analytics and Tag Manager. They help us count visits and see which pages get used, always in aggregate.
- Functionality cookies remember choices you make, so you don't have to set the same preference every time you come back.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Every major browser lets you block them, clear them, or ask to be warned before one is set. If you turn off cookies entirely, most of our site still works, though a few conveniences may not. Some browsers also send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, and we honor those where the law requires us to.
Your browser holds the off switch for every cookie we use.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above for a short list of honest reasons, and nothing beyond them:
- To reply to your message and book, confirm, or reschedule a call
- To provide the marketing work you have hired us for, or that you're asking about
- To send you information you asked for, or occasional updates you can opt out of anytime
- To keep the site running, secure, and free of fraud or abuse
- To understand which pages and services help people, so we can improve them
- To meet a legal obligation when the law requires it
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent it out for someone else's advertising. If we ever need to use your data for something outside this list, we'll ask you first.
Affiliate Links and Disclosure
Some pages on this site recommend tools we actually use to run the agency, and a few of those links are affiliate links. If you sign up for a tool through one of them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes the price you pay, and it never changes what we recommend. We point you toward the tools we run our own business on, and we would tell you to use them either way.
Clicking an affiliate link takes you to another company's website. Once you leave ours, that company's privacy policy governs whatever you do there. We have no control over how other sites handle your data, so it's worth a quick read of their terms before you sign up.
Affiliate disclosure: some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy or sign up through one, Another Monday may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We only link to products and services we use ourselves.
Sharing, Keeping, and Protecting Your Data
When We Share It
We share your information only with the tools named above, and only so they can do the job they are there for. Outside of that, we would share information only in a few narrow situations: if the law or a valid request from a public authority requires it, if we ever needed to defend our legal rights, or if the business were sold or merged, in which case your data would move with it and we would tell you first. That's the whole list.
How Long We Keep It
We hold onto your information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, or as long as the law requires. If you contact us but never become a client, we don't need to keep your note forever, and you can ask us to delete it. Aggregate usage data is generally kept for a shorter window, since we only need it to spot trends. Billing records are the exception: tax and accounting rules require us to keep those longer than an ordinary inquiry, so a request to delete your data will not remove an invoice we are legally required to hold onto.
How We Protect It
We use reasonable, commercially standard measures to keep your information safe. Even so, no website or method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, and we can't promise absolute security. We can promise that we take it seriously and don't treat your data carelessly.
We keep what we need, protect it, and hand it back the moment you ask.
Your Rights and Choices
The information is yours, and you get to decide what happens to it. You can ask us to:
- Show you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- Delete your information from our records
- Stop sending you marketing emails, which every message also lets you do with one click
To make any of these requests, just email us and we'll take care of it. In some cases we may need to keep a limited record when a law gives us a reason to, and if so, we'll tell you.
Children's Privacy
Our site and services are meant for business owners, not kids. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child sent us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Links to Other Sites
Our pages sometimes link out to other websites we don't run. If you click one, you land on that site under its own privacy policy, and we aren't responsible for how it handles your data. A quick look at any site's own policy is always a good habit.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear rather than slipping it in quietly. It's worth checking back once in a while so you always know where you stand.
How to Reach Us
If you have a question about this policy, or you want to see, change, or delete your information, the fastest way is to email us. You can also reach out through our contact page. We are a Baltimore marketing agency run by a real person, so a real person reads what comes in and writes back.
